The participants must carry all bank charges. The symposium fee must be transferred in full, otherwise the organising committee will request you to balance your account at registration.
Registration fee entitles the participants to attend the conference sessions and receive Registration and SPPT materials. It also includes the refreshments during the symposium breaks (twice a day), four lunches, Invitation cocktail, Conference dinner and Concert.
Registration fee for accompanying persons covers refreshments during the conference, four lunches, Invitation cocktail, Conference dinner and Concert. It does not include any further entrance fees, theatre and Concert.

Notification of all cancellations must be sent in writing to:

Cancellations received
- before April 29, 2012 will receive a refund of the conference fee less of an administration charge of 900,- CZK.
- Cancellations received after April 29, 2012 will not receive a refund, but all conference printed materials will be mailed to the non-participant. Registration fee may, however, be transferred to another conference participant.
